T-Shirt A Day - #53

The classic TV sitcom is all but dead. You only have to watch a recent Emmy award ceremony, and it will be a challenge to hear mention of any of the 'original' TV networks, or for me, a show that I actually recognise!. Due to the fact that there are many more sources of TV comedy out there, it is less likely of a 'catchphrase' taking hold in day-to-day conversation.

"To the moon, Alice!"
"Bang, zoom!"

"How you doin?"

"Lucy, you can't be in the show."
"Ricky!"

"Serenity Now!"

"What you talkin' about Willis?"

"I know noTHING!"

"Ayyyy!"

"Did I do that?"

"Dy-no-mite!"

"Norm!"

Today's shirt represents one of the most recent catchphrases, uttered by Sheldon Cooper on "The Big Bang Theory", whenever he thought he "got one over on anyone". It is probably more popular within the fan-base of the program, but it is still fun to say.

Just one more thing...

Try and incorporate a catchphrase in your conversation today. See if they 'get it'. If they don't, wag your finger and reply with, "You're in big trouble mister!" and walk away.

Live long and proper everyone.
